T1 Solution, s.r.o. is  looking for OCC (Operation Control Centre) team member . In this role, you’ll work with a local and remote team from different country. We’ll need you to be willing to learn and support this monitoring team activities and work on daily basis with costumers and others technical teams in our company.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Monitor system and production processing and performance.
  •  Offer 1st line telephone/email support to customers questions and problems.
  •  Document, open and route problem tickets.
  •  Monitor/execute requests and take appropriate action.
  •  Track  tickets to resolution.
  •  Develop documentation and reports.
  •  Assist other technical teams in problem resolution.
  •  Ensures issues are tracked, reported on, and resolved timely.
  •  Leads team in assigning tasks and ensuring the production schedule is completed.

Required skills

  • Soft skills with computers and IT applications
  • High school/ bachelor degree in technical field  or equivalent experience is preffered
  • English level B2
  • Self-starter and a quick learner
  • Solid analytical and technical skills
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
